Please now :

Clearly number your Canon discs then wrap each disc in paper kitchen towel
Put the disc pack(s) between pieces of card
Tip - For 3 to 8 discs pack in 2's to use 'Large Letter' rather than Package post
Put this form with the discs in a padded envelope & mail to address below
If you want your original discs back, please include a self-addressed label
Remember that the quantity discount is only applicable to error-free discs,
a surcharge applies to discs containing unacceptable file names and that by
sending us discs you are deemed to have accepted our Terms & Conditions
